We removed the log retaining wall and
regraded the entire yard paying special
attention to the well being of the existing
trees, added high quality topsoil from our
facility and seeded as well as established
beds by edging and mulching. After just
one month these are the results we had.
The homeowner (and her neighbors) are
ecstatic!!
This shady yard needed some
major help. The new owner of this
home was left with a makeshift
retaining wall fashioned from
fallen trees and sporadic grass at
best. It had been neglected for
some time. Not only was it a
problem for her but also her
neighbors. Both were relieved
when we showed up to do the
renovation!

Seasonal Landscaping
Here our Waynesboro Customer wanted
to jazz up his yard for the Fall season and
we delivered! We planted about 22 large
mums and placed pumpkins, hay bales
and cornstalks as well to add to that fall
feeling. The beds got a cleanup and a light
refresh of mulch. Everything looked crisp
and clean. His yard was the talk of the
neighborhood!
While we were there we made some
adjustments to this retaining wall.
When we arrived the blocks undulated
with every change in grade. We tore the
wall down and started from a clean
slate. We reused the existing material
and added more block to create a neat
and tidy wall with blocks laid level and
straight. The result speaks for itself!
Hardscaping and
Landscaping
BEFORE-The landscaping
detracted from this home
with a less than inviting
appearance and a difficult
bank area.
AFTER- After excavating of
the front bank, plant
installation, and new
hardscaping, this home
has been transformed.
The cobble stone walkway
with herringbone pattern
creates a welcoming path
to the front entry and the
small retaining wall makes
the transition from walk to
rear yard more visually
pleasing while preventing
erosion.
